The Gulf of Mexico Fishery Management Council will host a webinar to gather public comments on Reef Fish Amendment 36A, which considers modifying the commercial individual fishing quota program. The Council is considering actions to improve program compliance, address non-activated accounts, and authority to retain annual allocation before a quota reduction.
