The Gulf of Mexico Fishery Management Council will hold eight public hearings and a webinar to solicit public comments on Draft Amendment 9 – Coral Habitat Areas Considered for Management in the Gulf of Mexico. The Council is currently considering creating several new coral habitat areas of particular concern in the Gulf of Mexico.

The public hearings and webinar will begin at 6 p.m. local time. Dates and locations are as follows:
