Rooms are reserved at the Fairfield Inn & Suites, located at 2215 N. Lois Avenue, Tampa, FL  33607.  Please make your hotel reservations prior to the cut-off date to ensure you receive the negotiated group rate.  Hotel reservations will need to be guaranteed with a credit or debit card. Please note, most hotels have changed their cancellation policy to 5 days prior to arrival.   Should you cancel less than 5 days, you will be charged one night’s lodging plus tax.

A credit card is required to guarantee all reservations, but it will not be charged unless requested otherwise, No-Shows will be charged.  Cancellation is 5 days before arrival after this timeline 1-night room and tax will be charged as a cancelation fee.
