The Gulf of Mexico Fishery Management Council (Council) is excited to announce that we will resume in-person Council meetings in June.  The meeting will be held Monday, June 21 through Friday, June 25, 2021 at the Opal Key Resort and Marina in Key West, Florida.  Virtual participation will also be available.

In-person attendees will be required to follow the most up to date COVID-19 protocols determined by the Centers for Disease Control and local and state guidelines.  Additionally, the Council meeting room will have capacity restrictions and overflow members of the audience will be directed to a separate meeting room with a live stream of the meeting.

Public testimony will be held on the afternoon of Thursday, June 24, 2021. Those who chose to participate virtually will have equal opportunity to give public testimony. A sign-up form to give virtual testimony will be available on the Council Meeting webpage on the day of public testimony and registration closes one hour before public testimony begins. Agenda and meeting materials will be posted on the Council Meeting webpage as soon as they become available.
